This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage for MITHLUX products purchased through www.mithlux.com. By purchasing and using a MITHLUX product, you agree to the terms below.

1. Warranty Period
MITHLUX provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to products purchased from www.mithlux.com or authorized channels.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional faults under normal household use.
- Device fails to power on or operate as intended under normal use.
- Defects in materials or workmanship that affect basic functionality.
- Issues confirmed by our support team to be covered under warranty.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or minor appearance variations that do not affect function.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper handling, or use contrary to the user manual.
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquid exposure), fire, flooding, or other external causes.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering by anyone other than MITHLUX or an authorized service provider.
- Use of non-approved accessories, adapters, or power sources that may cause damage.
- Loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers after delivery confirmation (subject to carrier policies).
4. Remedies
If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, MITHLUX may, at its discretion:
- Provide troubleshooting guidance and replacement parts where appropriate,
- Repair the product,
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or
- Offer another reasonable remedy permitted by applicable law.
Replacement products may be new or refurbished, and will be functionally equivalent.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty support, please contact us and provide:
- Your order number (or proof of purchase),
- A brief description of the issue,
- Photos or videos that clearly show the problem (when applicable).
Our support team may ask you to perform basic troubleshooting steps to confirm the issue.
6. Shipping & Handling
If a return is required for inspection, repair, or replacement, we will provide instructions. Shipping responsibility may depend on the situation and destination.
- If the issue is confirmed to be covered, we will generally assist with the next steps for resolution.
- If the issue is not covered, you may be responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.
Please do not send any product back without contacting support first.
7. Limitations
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MITHLUX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
